Welcome to our Parish.

We provide worship, education, mission, outreach, pastoral care and support to our rural community.

All are welcome to join us for our regular Sunday services.

Routinely, we have regular Sunday worship at our two main worshipping centres using the beautiful, historic churches of St Peter in the Forest at Bombay and St Mary-on-the-Hill, Pokeno. Monthly services are held at Kaiaua, and quarterly services at St Jude’s, Mercer. Refer to the link ‘services’ for the monthly schedule of services and to the link ‘contact us’ for location maps.

Covid-19 Virus Protection: With the NZ government announcement that public health requirements to provide protection against Covid-19 are further reduced we now have no restrictions on our gatherings for worship or other purposes. Those who wish to continue to use facemasks to maintain a level of protection for themselves and others are welcome to do so and supported in that approach. We have also learned that “if you are unwell – stay at home” helps us to recover from colds and ‘flu and limits the spread of our ailments – and so that is a good practice for us to maintain.

Food Support Contributions

The Anglican Church food support services in Pukekohe and Manurewa need our continuing support with food contributions – especially non-perishable items. All contributions can be delivered to our Churches on Sunday mornings. Many thanks to those who contribute in these ways – your generosity is greatly appreciated.

More than a place of worship…
